I would recommend you DO NOT use these people. they sent over a very inexperienced plumber, who didn’t have his own tools. He borrowed about four or five of my tools, including WD-40, machine oil, Allen Keys, etc. When he finally got the new cartridge into the shower and no water was flowing, he called his dad for advice and then insisted on cutting a hole in my shower tile to replace the entire valve. I said NO, And I called for a supervisor. eventually the supervisor finally figured out that the shower head wand attachment had an on off toggle switch on it, I showed them how to turn it to the on position. The water finally started flowing. The only problem was that the hot was where the cold water should be (on the lever) and the cold was where the hot should be after about another 60 minutes they got everything put back together working properly. For the amount of money they charged, they should not take that long to do the job. And they should not insist on cutting hole holes in the wall when it’s a simple toggle switch issue. Never again will I call them.

We've used Copperhead a couple of times now and they've been great every time. We first found them when we had to replace the old cast iron plumbing under our house. Josh and his team did an awesome job, they got everything swapped out and replaced in just a few days. Most recently, we had a gas leak in the hose connected to our stove. I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. From first touchpoint on the phones to service at home, Copperhead Plumbing is first-class. Thank you Kyle and Copperhead Plumbing!

I had previously used Copperhead for a shower valve repair with good results. About 3 months later the valve started leaking due to a faulty part. They responded promptly, dispatched an experienced plumber shortly, and he found the faulty part. A short trip to get a new valve and a couple hours later i was back in business. There's an adage that says, "Finding a good plumber is hard." This wasn't my experience with Copperhead Plumbing LLC. When Josh arrived, I was surprised with how conscientious he was as it pertains to respecting my home. He made sure to put on shoe covers prior to entering. Furthermore, he fixed the issue with my kitchen sink and afterwards, he didn't charge me more than what was reasonable, whereas other companies would've attempted to. Update: 5/21/25 Though I couldn't use Andrew H.'s services because I found a great offer that I couldn't pass up, I can say he is professional and he waited for someone to come open my home for him. No one was home, there were medical appointments that needed to be attended. Despite that, Andrew waited and remained respectful. Most people would've left. He provided great customer service.

I had to fix a pipe under my bathroom sink as my insurance company said the pipe was not up to their standards. Initially I called a "friend" who is a retired GC and after he left, I noticed the pipe was now leaking and I called him immediately and he told me i had two other sinks in the house to use and he couldnt come back until Monday. Needless to say, I will never use him again. I called Copperhead Monday morning, Daniel came in the afternoon and explained to me what was wrong (the first guy used a wrong adapter!) and he also broke a part in the back) Daniel fixed everything and was very efficient and friendly. I found Copperhead Plumbing on line when my refrigerator leaked flooding my kitchen. My initial call was answered by Nick who told me he would send someone to me within 30-45 minutes.. Within minutes I received a call from Justin advising me that he was on his way and would be at my home in 10 to 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good things about Nick, Justin and Copperhead Plumbing. I have called them at 8 p.m. and my call was answered not by a machine, but by Nick. Since my initial contact with them I had an appliance service company come to my home to fix my refrigerator. They reconnected the water line to the refrigerator and once again I had water everywhere. Nick answered my call early this morning and was at my home to resolve the issue in a very short period of time. Nick and Justin are not only knowledgable, they are responsive to your needs when you call. It is so refreshing to hear a human voice on the other end of the line as opposed to leave your name, number and description of your issue and someone will get back to you shortly. In my opinion, they deserve a 10 star rating. I highly recommend them.

At a fair price, he changed out everything including the garbage disposal, faucet, some of the old valves, and an old water filter system. Cleaned up everything afterwards and had everything under the sink neat and clean. I would definitely use Nick and Copperhead Plumbing again for future projects.

Broke the valve for my house (at first). Then I realized that I broke the pipe that was sticking out of the wall as well! I was able to call and get it fixed within a couple hours. The hole that had to be put into the wall was minimal and will be easy enough to get patched.
