Justin is awesome!!! He came out to my new house because the hot water wasn’t working. Of course as soon as he got there, it started working. As a courtesy, he wanted to show me where my main water valve was in case I needed all water shut off. We closed the valve, but a good amount of water was still flowing. I decided to have him replace the main valve. To make things more complicated, the city valve wasn’t working either. So he had to cut the pipe with water flowing through it and replace the main valve. Within an hour, we went from me wasting money on a service call to me having the peace of mind knowing that if we have an issue inside, I can shut the water off in a flash. This dude is awesome. I don't normally don't leave reviews, but I had such sticker shock, that I had to. Everyone I spoke to was very profession and friendly. So the staff gets 5 starts. When I made the appointment to fix my hot water heater, they told me that there was a $80.00 fee to come out and diagnos the problem, but, that the $80.00 would go toward my bill if they are the ones I hire to fix it. My biggest complaint is that they did not warn me about HOW HIGH THEIR PRICES ARE. So, the very polite young man looks at the problem and states its probably the Thermacouple? safety switch. He stated no big deal will only take about 20 min to fix. I asked if the warranty covered the cost, He said It could cover the parts but not labor. I said ok... what will the labor be? He looked at his phone for a minute and then states $680.00... I about fell on the floor. I asked if he was kidding, and he relied no thats what it is. I said, you just told me that you could have this done in 30 minutes. So, I asked what is your hourly rate $1200.00/hour ? He replied No, that we charge a flat rate depending on the issue. I asked, well could I throw in a sink repair in that? He looked at my sink and said to replace your faucet would be $590.00. I asked does that include the faucet? He replied NO. So just to break it down... which he gave me a little discount when I pitched a fit,,, The faucet was $590.00 for a 30 min job. The switch on the Hot water was $494.00 for a 30 min fix. This totals $1084 for the hour. That is just wrong!!! Copperhead got my $80.00 and I called affordable Gas, a licensed professional, and he charged me $180.00 which included the part. And YES it only took him 20 minutes to fix it. I included the quotes just so you don't think I am making this up.

We had a perfect experience with Copper Plumbing and Dan Moesly . He connected our gas grill, sink and faucet, and then informed us about a custom water softener and purifier for our home. The installation was completed within a day. It’s amazing the difference in our water from taste to residue. We no longer have any concerns for ourselves or family regarding water quality in PBG. I asked Copperhead Plumbing to give me an estimate to replace a gas riser. Two men came to see the job. Handed me an estimate for $3250. When I indicated I was going to get a second opinion they said their manager really wanted my business and would reduce the quote to $2700. I called Apex Gas Contractors. They did the job for $600 and were very helpful. Addendum 4-17-2026 Received a call from Copperhead Plumbing. The representative appologized indicating that the servicemen who came to my home were new and inexperienced in estimating a job. She said that the actual quote should have been much lower, although likely not as low as the Apex Plumbng quote.

40 year old bathroom sink supply valves needed replacement to replace the faucet. Called 4 plumbers near me. 3 put me on elevator music, Copperhead (Cathy) answered my call and got the job. From start to finish, this company was awesome. Kathy called shortly after my Google inquiry, and in 5 minutes an appointment was set. Dakota came out, was professional, warm and a pleasure to have. The company texted a photo of Dakota, and the time frame in which he would get here. Dakota also called directly to let me know how far he was, and the text had included a link to track where he was on his way. He took great care with everything, gave an estimate and sent to me, and got to work right away after I agreed. I work from home and he also took care to try not to be too noisy. Update 3/13: I had a small issue with my toilet being loose from a prior installation, and Justin from Copperhead came out to take a look. He went above and beyond to figure out the cause and ended up replacing the flange so the toilet could be properly secured. I really appreciate the extra care to leave things in better condition than before. Great service again! I recently experienced a nightmare situation—a major sewage overflow in my apartment due to a building plumbing issue. Sewage water was flooding out of the toilet and shower, spreading through the hallway, bathroom, both bedrooms, and even into the kitchen. It was an absolute mess. Thankfully, my plumber James responded quickly and handled everything with incredible professionalism and skill. He got straight to work, pulling the toilet and investigating the source of the problem. He ran a drain machine 75 feet and retrieved a huge amount of wipes from the line. He then switched to a larger machine and went even farther—90 feet—and pulled back even more wipes. James went above and beyond. He was thorough, professional, and didn’t stop until he was sure the issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a reliable and knowledgeable plumber.

This is our first time using Copperhead Plumbing. While we may not have ended up completing the job at the time of the initial visit, we’d still like to share our thoughts/insights. We opted for this company vs. others, primarily due to their overall Google ratings/positive reviews (4.9/5). We recently discovered a leak in the bottom of our garbage disposal under our kitchen sink and needed an urgent estimate for either repairing/replacing. Everyone we dealt with were very courteous and professional. Spoke with Cassie on the phone, who was very polite and empathetic to our situation. She immediately scheduled an appointment for us with one of their techs for the next morning. The technician, Justin, reached out approximately 30-mins. prior to arrival and took his time in explaining in detail, all our possible options/cost…all of which were emailed to us for review. End result, we’re delaying the plumbing repairs…short-term…as we first explore the option of replacing our stainless steel double sinks with a large single. Only ended up paying for their in-home inspection visit, which was far more reasonable than other companies we had reached out to. Another plus, should we decide to move forward with Copperhead Plumbing, our initial consult fee would be applied toward the cost.

Raphael came on Friday to troubleshoot out well pump/pressure tank. Multiple issues were going on. He tried a lot of different strategies to pinpoint the problem… or rather problems and gave us ideas and choices. In the end we decided to replace all the plumbing, including the well pump and pressure tank. Today Raphael came back with all the supplies, dug out everything, put in the new base (cut it to size), packed down all the dirt tightly, reconfigured everything so we had less 90 degree turns, and added a new brass valve with a lever (my preference as they are easier on your hands). He stayed and adjusted everything, checked the pressure in all outlets and watched that it was all adjusted and balanced perfectly. He didn’t leave till after 6p when he knew it was all running perfectly and all our concerns were addressed. Thank you Raphael and Nick!

Treated my home like it was his.Gladly answered all of my questions completely. I needed one of my toilets replaced. Normally it would take the following day to get it to my house and installed but because my wife is very ill in bed and the toilet is off of the bedroom he called his company and had someone bring it out and installed it right away to be convenient for my wife. I would recommend you DO NOT use these people. they sent over a very inexperienced plumber, who didn’t have his own tools. He borrowed about four or five of my tools, including WD-40, machine oil, Allen Keys, etc. When he finally got the new cartridge into the shower and no water was flowing, he called his dad for advice and then insisted on cutting a hole in my shower tile to replace the entire valve. I said NO, And I called for a supervisor. eventually the supervisor finally figured out that the shower head wand attachment had an on off toggle switch on it, I showed them how to turn it to the on position. The water finally started flowing. The only problem was that the hot was where the cold water should be (on the lever) and the cold was where the hot should be after about another 60 minutes they got everything put back together working properly. For the amount of money they charged, they should not take that long to do the job. And they should not insist on cutting hole holes in the wall when it’s a simple toggle switch issue. Never again will I call them.

These guys were amazing! My roommate and I had them service our guest bathroom recently. Replaced toilet, main water valve, guest bathroom water valve, and removed a mass of roots growing in our pipes. They found some issues we weren’t aware of that we absolutely needed to fix. I got a call from a realtor who was showing the condo directly underneath me that there was water leaking down into their kitchen and I panicked and rushed home and on the way I requested an evaluation of my hot water heater from Copperhead plumbing and it was definitely an emergency situation. James showed up at my door so fast and actually surprised me. We've used Copperhead a couple of times now and they've been great every time. We first found them when we had to replace the old cast iron plumbing under our house. Josh and his team did an awesome job, they got everything swapped out and replaced in just a few days. Most recently, we had a gas leak in the hose connected to our stove. I don't usually right reviews but this experience was worthy of a 5 star review. I had an issue with a really old shower handle that was leaking and causing all sorts of issues. The issue actually started a little over two years ago but we were able to do minor fixes with our handyman until this past weekend. I had no idea who to call for a plumber but I was recommended to Copperhead by Home Depot. They called me back the next day and were able to fit me into the schedule as soon as I needed. They provided constant updates of when they were coming out to my home. When they stepped away to go get some parts, they kept me updated with when they were on their way back. Kyle came to my home and was able to fix our shower handles. He helped us to install a new modern fixture without cutting into our tile work which would have required all new tiles as the tiles are from the 80s and they don't make them anymore. As our home is older (built in the 80s), he noticed some issues with our plumbing setup and was very honest and communicative of the challenges he would face but we were able to still get the work done. Overall, Kyle was so amazing! He is honestly one of the nicest plumbers I've ever met. He does right by the customers. When we faced an unintended issue, he was able to get it fixed right away. We even scheduled some future work the same day because we were so impressed by Kyle's work ethic and kindness. Also wanted to say a thank you to Cassie at the office. She gave me a heads up when the schedule changed and that there was a plumber in our area and they could come earlier than expected. I contracted Copperhead Plumbing based on their Google reviews. I replaced all my countertops, so Daniel replaced my faucet and waste disposal. He also installed my Waterdrop water filter. I was interested in a hot water recirculating pump so Daniel and James came by today and installed the pump very quickly. Jamie was the serviceman sent to perform the work. He worked clean quick and efficient. Great employee. My only complaint is they are very expensive. A 2 hour job including drive time and 4 pieces of braided pipe shouldn't cost $700.

Just want to say.. the young man that came resolve the issue with the mixing valve in the guest bathroom. Was able to fix that issue..He was nice.. But you could tell pressured to perform a certain way.. I will use no names here as I am a 2ND generation , HVAC contractor with over 43 years of experience running techs, and the goal here is not to throw any individual under a bus. Constructive criticism... $500.00 for mixing valve replacement? Flat rate..Ok? But no breakdown to valve and labor…why? He had to go pick up valve.. So at our company rates? The number would have been fair.. 2 trips…No argument there.. But no breakdown of labor per hour / part/ tax ?🤷‍♂️.. You need to have basis invoicing for customers.. My invoice says $500 no explanation….what? Second .. Have two very expensive Grohe 3 hole faucets in Master with all four water valves / cartridges seizing…. asked about replacing valve/ cartridges….... Young man, denied, his tone per our conversation, ( he did provide options, … lightly, butttttt. no real interest in really addressing problem..)basically was guiding me to purchase new faucets rather than remove the frozen valve/cartridges and replace.. Confronted, but disagreement ensued, and told him, I’d remove and purchase all new valves for both faucets… today , 10 minutes to disconnect and remove from set pattern.. I guess I’ll pick up and do myself… I’m 60 years old, didn’t want to do..just wanted a plumber to do right by me and do plumber stuff… Valves are waaaay cheaper and better option than changing a very high end Grohe faucet set up🤔. In conclusion, They fixed the immediate issue of guest bathroom mixing valve failing.. Just had not confidence in the young tech advising me in the best course of action for a job he clearly was unsure of, or uninterested in fixing involving the 4 valves in the master bathroom.. One of the hot valve s is sitting on my desk, waiting me to go to next to order replacement , instead of copperhead’s service manager handling it for me.. Thanks for fixing my shower..Just wish the whole flat rate thing didn’t effect the effectiveness of actually repairing what’s wrong in certain issues..

Sewer saga.. We were experiencing sewer backup issues at our house. We had Roto-Rotter come out and clear the outside line. They mentioned that we should contact the city which we did. After back and forth with them we contacted on plumbing company that recommended a complete line replacement from the house to the city access. $$$! We then contacted Copperhead Plumbing. Copperhead sent James Eli out the next morning to give us an second opinion. His diagnosis was that we DON'T need a complete replacement but a much smaller section needs to be evaluated and thus not as expensive.James and Jossen came out the next morning to dig. After escavting down five feet they determined that it was the cities issue and my part of the line was not the issue. James contacted the city and had them come out immediately. James had to convince them what was needed to be done and finally everything got corrected and we were good to go. James kept us informed all day on what was going on given that we we out of town part of the day. I knew that James was working on our behalf and was getting the job completed the right way! James waited for us to return home and explained everything that went on. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the service from Copperhead and especially James!!! Ask for him if you decide use Copperhead Plumbing!!!!

Thank you to James, who serviced my plumbing request to get an old under the kitchen sink filter casing removed so that I could put a new filter in. As easy as it seems, I was not able to do this on my own without the tools and fear of breaking waterlines and having a big mess in my kitchen. James was able to take care of this job without any difficulties, or mess. He was kind and professional from beginning to end. I was in need of a new shower valve and I contacted copperhead plumbing. I called them at around 10am and they responded in about 2hrs and I am very pleased with their response time. Dakota arrived and greeted me and was very understanding of my issue. He was very helpful and personable and even described the steps of replacement so I have an understanding. Dakota was very precise with his cuts and kept his work area very clean. After the installation was completed he double checked everything and cleaned up any dirt left behind. I was very satisfied with the installation and I will definitely contact copperhead plumbing and ask for Dakota. The Five Star reviews are not exaggerating. We came across an issue late in the evening; we called their main phone number and was immediately connected to a professional administrator. She confirmed our issue, and stated that she would aim to have a plumber dispatched between 9AM - Noon the following day. The next morning, we received an updated phone call from Admin, confirming that they will be sending a plumber out by between 8AM - 9AM. Sure enough, in 5 minutes, the plumber, Andrew H., reached out and stated that he was en route. The assessment of the issue was efficient, the quote was upfront and clear, accounting for time, labor, and equipment. Andrew came prepared! He already had the main piece that needed to be replaced in the company vehicle. An unexpected challenge arose, and the updated quote was fair and clear. The work was completed in 2 hours, and everything was tested to ensure it was in working order. Andrew was professional, polite, and informative. He cleaned up after the work was done, and I have a functioning kitchen again! It felt unusual to not run into ANY challenges with a technician out addressing such a delicate issue. You won't go wrong with them. We certainly didn't.

If you need a solid plumber, look no further. Copperhead Plumbing and James are fantastic. I needed a new wax seal for my spare bathroom toilet because the previous contractor used the wrong size seal and didn't caulk around the edges. Yesterday, I was given a quote by a well-known company (name withheld), and decided not to move forward based on the poor negotiations I had with their tech. The whole interaction was a bit smarmy, so I let him go. James from Copperhead showed up this afternoon. He was dressed neatly, well groomed, excellent manners, and just an all-around lovely, young man. Copperhead, you should be proud of James. He explained every step of what he was doing and why. I really appreciated his communication because so many construction/HVAC/plumbing techs could care less if the customer understands what they are doing -- they just want the money. When someone like James takes the time to explain everything while he's working, it gives the consumer (me) confidence in the work being done in the home. Let's face it, plumbing issues or issues of any kind inside an older home can be disastrous, stressful, and expensive. Copperhead sent me a 5-star tech, and I couldn't be happier. Yes, Copperhead's prices are slightly higher than independent contractors and other big plumbing companies that are sourced for insurance companies, however, you get what you pay for with Copperhead. I was shopping around for quotes on a tankless water heater installation through Angie, and requested quotes from Copperhead Plumbing in addition to 2 other companies. James Ely from Copperhead contacted me and we made an appointment. Prior to his arrival, another company came and gave me an estimate that came with a “decide within 24 hours for this price” caveat. James arrived right on time yesterday morning, and talked with me in depth about what I need. I got quite an education! After waiting a week for the delivery of my new clothes washer, it arrived. Unfortunately the delivery guys were unable to install it because the connecting faucets were corroded and water could not be turned off. I called Copperhead Plumbing and they came the same morning! They were exceptionally polite and did a good job, replacing the faucets with a lever type that is easier for my arthritic hands to turn on and off. They were very neat and clean. A dream of an experience! It's hard to say that about any major plumbing problem, and this was a very big investment to repair. But Josh of Copperhead Plumbing is more than just a master plumber, he's a master communicator and went above and beyond to solve this problem on a Friday. He not only spent a good part of the day investigating the source of the issue and keeping me constantly updated, but he pulled out all the big guns to solve it, finally resorting to sheer manpower. He had to dig down 5 feet into the yard to then hack out a huge root ball that resisted all the power tools. He sent me videos, photos and calls throughout the process, discovered that there was a 2 way clean out buried in the back yard that I didn't know existed, confirmed the types of pipes from the roof stack all the way to the street, and best of all - sent me a detailed description of the issue with the city tie-in line so I could explain it to them. The city sewer manager was also wonderful to deal with, and he said that Josh did a great job clearing the line to the street! They will be coming out to replace a damaged part of the city system. If you want a plumbing job done right, and done once, call Copperhead Plumbing. They did this on a Friday, when I called that morning, so that my tenant didn't have to go through the weekend without a bathroom. The final bill was high, but the results are priceless! I had a worn shut off valve to my toilet and the plumbing inside the tank needed a rebuild also. I called Copperhead Plumbing around 10am with the hope that they serviced residential customers. Spoke with Nick and to my surprise he said I can have someone there today between 2-3pm. I wasn’t expecting that and I was definitely surprised. I said great let’s set it up. Josh arrived at my house around 2:20pm in a company van with the company logo (Copperhead Plumbing). He was extremely professional and quickly determined what the problem was. He provided me with a fair quote that I excepted. Within 45-60min Josh had fixed the problem with what I estimate to be better parts than I originally had. Josh work was very neat and clean and there was no mess left behind. The job area was perfectly clean when he finished. During that 45-60min Josh and I discussed future home projects. I’m very sure I’m going to make Copperhead Plumbing my plumber on speed dial for future service.
